Peggy believes that financial decision making should not be shrouded in mystery. Her desire is to make the financials more accessible to owners and managers within home services organizations. She loves to roll up her sleeves and dive into the numbers that drive business results. 

Peggy’s vast experience in investment banking and business operations allows her to think like a true business partner.  Peggy earned a MS in International Management from University of Texas, Dallas and BS in Finance from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas and is also a Certified Public Accountant. Outside of the office, Peggy enjoys serving in the community by helping the homeless. She lives in the small town of Melissa, Texas with her husband and two teenage daughters. 

Amanda is a visionary and a lean thinker.She believes success is never owned, it is rented and the rent is due every day!Amanda joined Simplii Consulting in 2020 following nearly two decades of experience with major HVACR manufacturers.Amanda’s experience is vast – strategy, customer experience, operational excellence, complexity reduction and performance transformation.

As Simplii’s COO & GM, Amanda is well versed in those small family business traditions and at the same time is no stranger to private equity.
Amanda graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with BS/MS Industrial Engineering and from Babson College, Boston, Massachusetts with MBA specializing in entrepreneurship.Amanda loves making home services businesses fly high! She and her daughter Cate live on a ranch in a one-horse town, Maypearl, Texas, located just outside of the Dallas Metroplex.

Tom is a born optimist. He loves serving others and helping people enjoy success in life and business. Tom joined Simplii Consulting in 2020 following nearly a decade of experience with a major HVAC manufacturer. Tom’s experience spans contractor relationships, business development, brand/product management, and sales leadership.

The common thread within Tom’s career has been his relentless focus on understanding and improving the consumer experience within home services. As Simplii’s President of Home Services, Tom will continue to provide his unique perspective and experience to home service providers who pursue excellence. Tom graduated from Pennsylvania State University in what now feels like many years ago! He and his wife Christy, and their three boys now call Franklin, Tennessee home.

Mark has been helping small businesses most of his life.  He grew up working in his family’s plumbing and HVAC shop from the time he was old enough to sit on his dad’s toolbox.  Throughout his career, Mark developed a love for understanding the “why” behind consumer decisions. Over the years, Mark’s natural curiosity for all aspects of small businesses only grew stronger. His desire is to help business owners and teams experience success. ​

Mark has an MBA from Northwood University and is a proud Michigan State Spartan living on the West Coast with his wife and three children.  He is an avid mountain biker, and currently serves on the board of directors for Sierra Sky Group, a Private Equity Investment organization specializing in the home services sector.  He has been a Chief Executive Officer of Johnstone Supply Ventura Group, ran Watsco’s Heating & Cooling Supply, and served as the Los Angeles District Manager at Lennox Industries.​
